DEAR SPOOK, thankfully, the pitch up north is still flooded, so tomorrows tournament is cancelled and my reputation safe for a while. The boys all really enjoyed their training today and there was no more than a few scrapes to thole. Finn bagged the last ticket on the bus to Murrayfield on the 28th November for the Scotland/Argentina game. It is a different boy that does that without checking or caring if there is anyone else going that he knows!!! I don't think any of his mates are going, but he just wants to get to Murrayfield.
I abandoned them later to take a walk round the canal. It was a lovely day and the 5 minutes of fresh air a day over the last fortnight were making me feverish. What a pleasure it was to stretch my legs and get a different view point. The Caledonian Canal was looking fine.
John came round to get the TV working just in time for the All Blacks/Wales game. I imagine the whole of New Zealand is up at 6am this morning to watch. It was really exciting to see such familiar faces, as I have only ever watched All Black games. Finn and I sang along to the National Anthem and I did my own Haka. It took John 2 mins to fix the loose wire and he was annoyed that I had left it for 2 weeks before phoning him.

Meg is staying on at your sister's as she is no doubt being spoilt rotten and was very happy, the last I spoke to her.
The boys and I are going to walk down to the Rugby Club bonfire and fireworks later. No rain!!
My Disclosure came through for work, so I will need to give notice to the hotel.....I was just starting to enjoy the interesting relationships!!! Will be a new challenge to juggle 30hrs and some shifts. I think they will be supportive and flexible for the next 5 weeks until you are home.
